How To Order?


Add items to your cart and when you have finished shopping, you can use the "Estimate Shipping" button to let you know what postage will be added, then click the checkout button. You will be taken to our Login page to Login or create an account, then to Paypal where you can pay securely using any credit or debit card without permanently signing up to Paypal. For further imformation read our How To Order page.

Which Payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be made securely via Paypal, haven't got an account with Paypal, that's no problem you can make one time payments without signing up. We also accept Cheques/Postal Orders and Bank transfers, email sales@pure-light.co.uk for more information.

How is Postage calculated?

We have found postage calculated by weight is the most economical way to post our goods to our customers. To find out your postage, continue shopping and when the items you want are in your shopping cart use the "Estimate Shipping" button to see your postage.
Once you reach a weight limit of 4kg the postage will reach the maximum limit of 8.50 courier rate and you can order any amount of goods up to 28kg and the postage will not be any more than 8.50 UK mainland rate.

My item doesn't have a gift box. Can I buy one?


Only items that are listed as having a gift box come with presentation packaging, but you can buy a gift box upon request from sales@pure-Light.co.uk, the prices range from 5.95 - 10.95 and can cost less if purchased at the same time as your gift.



How long until I receive my order?

Soaps will be dispatched normally within 5-14 working days. Candles please allow up to 7 working days to receive your order as everything is made to order to ensure you only receive fresh stock.


If my order is wrong or damaged, how do I return it?

Don't worry, in the rare event you have to return an order, first email us at sales@pure-light.co.uk , tell us what is the matter and we will be happy to send you a return number and full details.


How can we find out if you have offers coming up?

If you sign up to our Newsletter any up coming new products or sales will be sent straight to you via email. All details entered on our Login page are secure and no third party will be given any details whatsoever.


What are the advantages of signing up for an account with you?

* Permanent Cart - Any products added to your online cart remain there until you remove them, or check them out.
* Address Book - We can now deliver your products to another address other than yours! This is perfect to send birthday gifts direct to the birthday-person themselves.
* Order History - View your history of purchases that you have made with us.
* Products Reviews - Share your opinions on products with our other customers.


Can you produce Candle orders in a Fragrance that is not listed?

Yes Pure-Light will source fragrances of your choice we have access to over 500 different fragrances so please do ask if you cannot find the fragrance you require, however if we need to get fragrances in for you this will add an additional two working days to the dispatch of your order.
